1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User," "You," or "Player") and adm303 (hereinafter "adm303," "We," "Us," or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the adm303 online betting platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform" or "Services").

1.1 Definitions

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal betting account registered in your name on the adm303 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in your Account for wagering or withdrawal.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Use of the adm303 Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

1. Age Requirement: You are at least 21 years of age. adm303 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.
2. Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from forming legally binding contracts.
3. Geographic Restrictions: You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted by law. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations governing online gambling in your jurisdiction.
4. Single Account: You will maintain only one Account with adm303. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or through use of nominees, agents, or third parties, is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
5. Personal Use Only: Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow third parties to use your Account, and you may not use the Platform for professional betting, commercial purposes, or on behalf of others.
6. Financial Capacity: You wager with funds that are legally yours and that you can afford to lose without causing financial hardship. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use the adm303 Platform, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, phone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). All information provided must match the details on your official government-issued identification documents.

You must select a unique username and strong password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. You must immediately notify adm303 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

adm303 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory compliance and security measures, we implement mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You agree to provide the following documentation upon request:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP/ID card, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID document for identity confirmation
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot showing your name)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days will result in Account suspension and inability to withdraw funds. All documents must be clear, legible, and show full details including edges of the document. adm303 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or payment methods.

3.3 Account Security

You must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your Account. This includes but is not limited to: using strong, unique passwords; not sharing login credentials with any third party; logging out after each session, particularly on shared or public devices; and enabling two-factor authentication if offered. adm303 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

adm303 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: major banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallets including DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods must be registered in your legal name matching your Account registration details. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 25,000 to Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits apply as specified on the Platform. Deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. Processing times vary by method: bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are typically processed instantly to within 15 minutes. adm303 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Responsible Deposit Practices

You may only deposit funds that are legally yours and obtained from legitimate sources. adm303 strictly prohibits money laundering and criminal proceeds. We reserve the right to investigate the source of any deposit and to refuse or return deposits that we believe may be connected to illegal activity. You acknowledge that deposits are made for gaming purposes only and not for any payment transfer, currency exchange, or banking services.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of mandatory KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours, though delays may occur during high-volume periods, weekends, public holidays, or if additional verification is required.

5.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. adm303 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing up to 72 hours. Withdrawals may be declined if: your Account is not fully verified; there is suspected fraudulent activity; you have breached these Terms; there are unresolved disputes; or applicable wagering requirements have not been met.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, deposits must be wagered at least one time before withdrawal. Repeated deposits and immediate withdrawal requests without gaming activity may be flagged as suspicious and result in Account investigation and temporary suspension. We reserve the right to request detailed information about the source of deposited funds.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

adm303 may offer bonuses, promotions, and special offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly displayed at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using betting systems or patterns designed solely to exploit bonus terms; collusion with other players; or any other activity that adm303 deems to be in bad faith or against the spirit of the promotion. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, possible Account closure, and potential legal action.

6.3 Promotional Terms

Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. One active bonus per Account at any time. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, sports betting contribution varies by odds. Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active, typically Rp 50,000 per bet, spin, or round. Bonus funds and winnings may be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period. adm303 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet selections, stakes, and details are correct before confirmation. adm303 reserves the right to void bets in cases of: obvious error in odds or results; technical malfunction; suspected fraudulent activity; or violation of these Terms. In the event of a voided bet, stakes will be returned to your Account. Settlement of bets is based on official results from the relevant governing body or sports organization.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets cover major international leagues including English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, as well as Indonesian domestic leagues including BRI Liga 1 and matches involving Timnas Indonesia. 7.3 Casino Games

All casino games including live dealer tables, slots, and table games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested and approved by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent theoretical long-term payback calculated over millions of rounds. Short-term results may vary significantly from stated RTP due to variance and luck. Game results are final and cannot be challenged except in cases of clear technical malfunction, which must be reported immediately.

7.4 Traditional Games

7.5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds: use of bots, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tools; collusion or coordination with other players; exploitation of software bugs or system errors; arbitrage betting or betting syndicates; insider trading or use of privileged information; match-fixing or attempts to influence outcomes; hacking, reverse engineering, or any unauthorized access to adm303 systems.

8. Responsible Gaming

adm303 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, adm303, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, revenue, or data; service interruptions; technical malfunctions; third-party actions; or any other damages even if adm303 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

adm303 does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice or liability. In no event shall adm303's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time of the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the adm303 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of adm303 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The adm303 name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks or registered trademarks of adm303. You may not use any trademark without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of any Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and is strictly prohibited.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds, subject to completion of any wagering requirements. adm303 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent activity; abusive behavior toward staff or other players; failure to provide requested verification documents; or suspicion of illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and we may retain or delete your Account information as permitted by law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which adm303 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and adm303. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
